A network of individually contracted producers forms the production base for the company's cottage-type specialty eggs nationwide.
A similar network of contracted distributors supplies most retail outlets all across New Zealand - with over 250 supermarkets today stocking the company's eggs.
Eggs are also supplied in bulk to cafes, restaurants as well as the hospitality and food-processing industries.
Furthermore, an increasing number of eggs today gets exported to Asia with weekly orders being shipped by air freight to these markets to meet the rising demand for high-quality organic eggs there.
In 1999 Mike helped the SPCA to create their free range egg production standards and today the company takes pride in the fact never to have been involved nor to have had a financial interest in cage egg production.
